Equity Informatic, LLC is located in the Professional Arts Building I in historic New Castle, Delaware which was founded in 1651 by the Dutch. Eventually New Castle came under the purview of William Penn in 1702. Two signers of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Kean and George Reed, were from New Castle. Before Philadelphia became the center of operations for the Continental Congress, New Castle was the center of early US congressional action.
